Digital Organizing

Digital Organizing includes scanning physical photos and documents to be organized as files on a computer, hard drive, cloud storage, or other means of storage. Digital Organizing can be done on-site or off-site. If done off-site, client and organizer must pre-organize photos before the scanning process begins. This service includes a declutter of the physical photos and documents before the scanning process begins.

Cost: $120/hour

Additional Information:

Most of our clients choose digital organizing by:

  • 1-Era (Ex: 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s…etc)
  • 2-Person (Partner, Child, Parent, Grandparent, etc)
  • 3-Chronological Order (can be easy in the 90’s, harder more recently without timestamps, in this case it will be an approximation)
  • 4-By Child. Creating multiple folders and putting each child’s photos into their folders.

How do we store files?

  • Store into Google drive, then share with the client. We can also do Shared Album if mac to mac.
  • Jump Drive, Hard Drive, Shutterfly at client’s request.
