I have had so much fun working with one of my elderly clients in Rochester, Minnesota. She moved from a large condominium into a smaller two bedroom apartment. After the moving company dropped off all the boxes and furniture, she was feeling very “stuck” trying to figure out what to do with all of the stuff!
So, we went to work. We got all the boxes unpacked, did some decluttering, organizing, donating, and got her functioning in her new home.
After a few months, my client decided that now she wanted to move to Arizona! I was elated when she contacted me to assist her with her move. We are currently in the process of reprioritizing what items are necessary to take along. We have been able to sell and/or donate items which makes the move much easier for her. Our next step is to start the packing process. I’m so excited for her and hope to make the move to Arizona a little less stressful.
